I'm making the most of the fact that I'm feeling creative and trying to get a stack of cards done before I head off back to the UK for a visit. My card today was done using the sketch over at Retro Sketches - they always have a great sketch to follow and a whole shed load of inspiration from the DT and the challenge entries. I have to be strict with myself and not click on every card photo as I tend to get caught up in blog surfing and run out of time to make anything!
A kind of CAS card but I'm sure some CAS purists would say there's too much on it to be truly CAS - not to worry, I think it's good to put your own spin on things anyway :) I used a Kenny K freebie from a few months back and yes, that is the craft tape making yet another appearance!
I would also like to put this in for the Anything Goes challenges over at http://kennykskraftykrew.blogspot.com/ and http://simonsaysstampschallenge.blogspot.com/ .
Must get on with some other projects as I'm planning on making a fairy garden with my two nieces when I'm in the UK and I need to have a few bits ready before I go! Plus I'm working on some canvas panels with my Cameo - will let you know how that goes soon but in the meantime, thanks for popping in :)

Darling card Dawn. Great image and I love your crafty tape. Have a fun trip.
This is really fun! I like how you extended the rope and the tape really goes along with the image to carry over the motion. I'm beginning to think there is no single definition for CAS. ;-) Hugs!
Gorgeous card Dawn :-) the image is fab and I love the rope too ! the CAS design is just perfect :-)
thanks for joining us on the Simon Says Stamp Challenge :-)

Hey, Dawn! Love this modified CAS card! Oh, gosh, the image is just too cute--and a great coloring job, of course! Love the way you added your "rope"! Way cool! I hope you have a super wonderful time in the UK--I am sure you will! :^)
Hugs,
Penny

This is a great masculine card and love how you've colored these guys up and love the use of the arrows.
