A Christmas crate.

Hello all!
Just popping in with a link up to the Linky Party at Beyond the Picket Fence.  I love looking at the links on this fabulous blog - there's so much inspiration!
We're not at home for christmas this year so no presents under the tree but I felt it needed something.....  after a quick search I found one of my vintage soda crates and filled it with some festive bits and pieces.  I added some snowflakes, icicles, bottle-brush trees, beads, pine cones and some wicker balls, finishing it off with a some fake gift-wrapped presents and an old cookie tin.

My christmas tree colours are red, white and silver so this looks perfect under my tree.  I also put some battery powered lights in the bottom of the crate but I couldn't get a decent photo of them - sorry :(

Hope your christmas preparations are coming along just fine - thanks for stopping by today!
