Colour inspiration on a Friday

Hello all!
I can't believe another week has shot by and it's time for the Friday challenge with the Alcohol Markers DT at The Outlawz.   This week we're giving you a colour palette as inspiration - we don't ask that you obsessively match each colour but we do ask that you use alcohol markers!
I chose an image from Emerald Faeries , (so cute) and went for a CAS look with a sprinkle of mixed media by using some torn strips of cardstock,  a stamped background and some punched out flowers, topped with gems.  The pixie was coloured with my Copics - they're definitely my favourite colouring medium as I do love their blending capabilities.

I would like to enter this into the challenges at Emerald Faeries , 4 Crafty Chicks , As You Like It , Copic Marker Europe , Creative Knockouts and Addicted to Stamps and More.

Thanks for popping in today :)

Friday Fall Foliage.

Hello all!
Back with the Friday Copics/alcohol markers challenge over at The Outlawz and this week the themes is a seasonal colour one - use Fall foliage or Halloween colours.  That gives a lot of options so no excuse for not joining in and we have such a great prize this month too - we are being sponsored by Make it Crafty!
One randomly-chosen participant in this month's challenges will win Zoe's awesome new E-Book "Colouring Techniques With Markers"!

My card this week is made with a MIC digi - Elizabeth J and I decided to go with an orange theme.  There are some gorgeous trees around the neighbourhood which are turning that fabulous bright orange colour that looks so great against a blue sky - very inspiring :)

I used a cocktail umbrella as an embellishment (never throw anything away!) as I felt she needed one!  The ticket is one of my mine from my etsy shop and the leaves are from the dollar bin at Michaels.

I would like to enter this into the challenges at -
http://fabnfunkychallenges.blogspot.com/ - orange, black & choice

Only 1 photo as I can't seem to find where I filed the others - my notebook files need a complete re-organisation, as does my craft room!!  Never mind, too many fun things to do!
Thanks so much for popping in :)
