It's all happening in London in 2012!!

For those of you who don't follow UK current affairs, perhaps I should explain the title of this post.  2012 is a big year for London - not only is it the main host city for the Olympics but it is also hosting the celebrations for the Queen's Diamond Jubilee!  Wow, 60 years is an awful long time to be doing a job!!  I am seriously disappointed not to be able to see the pageant on the river Thames in June but it's a long way from New Jersey :(

Anyway to get back to the posting, I have been playing with the latest set of fantabulous digis from Lily, creator of The Octopode Factory - she has come up with a very appropriate set called The Queen's Jubilee London set and I decided to do a mini smash book with the fab images on the cover!

If anyone is heading to London this year and wants a little book for snaps and souvenirs then just let me know and I'll send it your way :)

I would like to enter this for the following challenges -
http://retrosketches.blogspot.com/
http://craftybootschallenges.blogspot.com/ - red, white and blue
http://www.gingerloftchallenge.blogspot.com/ - anything but a card
http://glittergeeks.blogspot.com/ - humorous

Thanks for stopping by to take a look :)

What a great little book! Those images are fun. :-) I'd love to be able to go to England. Not necessarily for the Olympics or Jubilee, but just to see the countryside and of course do some of the touristy things in London. sigh....maybe one day
