Long time no see! It feels like such a long time since I've been in blogland but in fact it's only been just over a week. We got back from our road trip around Virginia on Sunday which gave us Memorial Day to relax after 2200 miles of travelling. We loved Virginia!! From the history of Jamestown and Colonial Williamsburg to the Blue Ridge Mountains and the Shenandoah Skyline Drive - bucket loads of incredible views :) It was very difficult to capture the incredible scenic vistas with photographs but we did try and I'll be uploading some to my Flickr site later on - there's a button on the side of my blog to click for that.
Anyway, back to the blog post and as the title says, this one is for a guest spot I was asked to do for Angie Delarie - you really must check out her fun and quirky digis here. I used Felicity from the '50's and went for another CAS style, this time drawing on inspiration from the many wonderful cards to be found on this fabulous blog - Alice's (Little) Wonderland.
The super cute Felicity was coloured with Copics and I went through my scrap box to get some coordinating paper scraps for the limited embellishments. I would like to enter this into the challenges at Through the Craftroom Door , Craft Room challenge , 613 Avenue Create , Paper Make Up Stamps , Creative Stamp Friends and The Cheerful Stamp Pad .
Thanks for popping in to take a look :) I hope to get around to visiting your blogs as soon as !
