I've been crafting in between waiting for paint to dry on some other projects and so have had a productive week. My card today is a paper piecing creation - not something I do an awful lot of but I'm happy with the end result :) It's primarily for the current challenge over at Dilly Beans which is 'Think Pink' and I used one of the DB digis - Amalia Ballerina.
I printed out the image onto 3 different pink papers and onto the card base and then simply fussy cut out the bits I wanted in the different patterns. Her face is shaded with Copics and I also added some shading between the tutu layers. The sentiment was printed and then highlighted with a pink Copic and the result, a fresh and pretty CAS card.
I would also like to enter this into the challenges at Forever Friends, Cuttin' and Stampin', Crafting for all seasons, Fab 'n' Funky, Little Miss Muffet and Perfect Sentiment.
