This is a scheduled post, written before we took to the road so fingers crossed that it gets posted!
I have 2 cards to share - the first one is for the challenge over at Time Out Challenges, where the theme is "Summer" with the optional twist of flowers. I used a A Day for Daisies digi, coloured with Copics and put it on a splattered background, adding a stamped sentiment.
The second card is for the Friday Alcohol Markers challenge over at The Outlawz where the theme is "Inspired by a book/movie/song". We are being sponsored by Delicious Doodles for the month of June and I used one of the fab digis for my card. I was inspired by the song "San Francisco (Be Sure to Wear Flowers in Your Hair)" and used my Copics to colour the image, framing it with some colour-matching cardstock, adding a few punched out butterflies.
Thanks for stopping by and again, apologies for being so slack in blog visiting and commenting but we're on vacation and have very limited internet access for the next two weeks. We're hoping to be fully connected again a few days after we move back to our Cambridge house at the end of June!

Gorgeous Dawn! Love both of them. Very creative of the one with the daisies and the splash is so inspiring. So colorful. Hope you are having a wonderful vacation. You can see you stunning coloring ( we do not see that much) Love the image and your choice of colors.

First things first...I hope you're having a wonderful time on your adventures. Next of course are these two stunning cards. Fab all the way round, you really have to teach me how you create the slash effect. I'm not back in the saddle, just wanted to pop in to say hello. Cheers girlie! :)S
Beautiful! I especially like the blast of color behind the image. Be safe! Hugs!
I love your Time Out card! That image and the way you displayed it is perfect! And your other card is amazing! You have some serious coloring skills! Just beautiful!
Love that first card with the ink spatter, so bright and cheerful, wonderful coloring and use of colors on the second card.
