Well I thought I had set this up to be posted but nope, forgot all about it and there it was still in draft form - oops! Better late than never though so here's my Octopode card for this week's challenge, Circles. Another CAS card from me this time as I do love to use the The Octopode Factory digis for these because the images are so strong, they really stand out brilliantly on a white background!
I used Sophie and a selection of food images in circles which I popped up with foam to add a bit of depth to the card. I love the way her eyes are also circles too ! I had a bit of trouble blending in my brown Copics - think I need to do some refilling (not my favourite job!)
I would like to enter this into the following challenges -
http://www.dillybeanschallenge.blogspot.com/ - bright colours
http://www.4craftychicks.blogspot.com/ - circles
Why not head over to the Octopode challenge site and have a go? You don't have to use an Octopode image but you do get a chance to win some - as the card says, you knwo you want to......
Thanks for popping in :)

Oh, gosh, Dawn, another darling CAS from you! Love this! The images are so cute, colored beautifully, love the pop-ups, and the sentiment cracks me up! :^)
BTW, there is some paper from Australia that is supposed to help with the blending of the darker colors--see Ann Marie's blog about it here: http://myeclecticspirit.blogspot.com/2012/08/lets-hear-it-for-girls-stamptacular.html
I ordered some--the shipping is expensive, so be prepared! It seems the cost per sheet including shipping is less with the 25-sheet pack.
I have no idea why there are so many spaces in my last comment! Sorry about that! :^)
Hugs,
Penny
Thanks for playing our circles challenge at 4 Crafty Chicks! WTG!
I love the way you designed this. Putting all the images on white really does make them pop and they don't need anything behind them. I sat down with my Copics the other morning and refilled too. Not my fave either but I've got two ruined nibs and I think it's because I let the pens get completely dry so taking a little time to do it may be worth the effort in that respect. :-) Hugs!
Clean, simple and FABULOUS!! I love all of the images and the way you laid them out! Sawwwwweeeet :) Thank you so much for sharing your wonderful inspiration at 4 Crafty Chicks.
Love the so cool creativity of this card! I may have to case this one for the future! And yes, I could eat all of those goodies.

This is such a hoot! Love the way your colors pop against the white and the sentiment is sooo true! (think I'll head to the freezer for a little ice cream, now. LOL) Thanks for sharing with Dilly Beans this week. xxD
