Being aware.......

Hello all!

A scheduled post as I'm currently leaf peeping up in Vermont so here's hoping for some blue skies to set off the gorgeous colours!
     This week's challenge over at The Outlawz Alcohol markers group is all about "Awareness".  There seem to be many ribbons for many worthy causes now but as it's October and therefore Breast Cancer Awareness month, I decided to stick with that one.
              The digi is from Tickled Pink and coloured with Copics - the sentiment was computer generated except for the pink foam letters which I think were from Walmart.

Entering this in the challenges at 4 Krafty Girlz , Crafty Little Fairies , My Heart Pieces , Addicted to Stamps and More and linking up to the 3rd annual Link Up for Pink.

                     Thanks for popping in and apologies for not visiting your lovely blogs but selfishly, vacation time comes first!  I will try to catch up soon but no doubt will miss some of you out - nothing personal I promise you but I follow so many fantastic blogs that it truly does take hours to catch up with every missed post!

Back again with a rockin' card done with a Tickled Pink digi called Lil Greek Gods Lolita Aphrodite Willow .  I just wanted to use her face so enlarged it and close cropped it to the size I wanted.  I wanted a clean grungy look (if that makes any sense at all!) so I kept it fairly simple with just a bit of stamping on the background and a few bits cut out with my Silhouette, along with some bling!

I am entering this for the TP challenge which, unfortunately is the last one :(

A birthday bolt!

Had to do another posting today as I wanted to enter a card in the Tickled Pink challenge this week - sorry to hear that this challenge will be finishing at the end of this month :(
Anyway, here's my card using the digi Zeus Luca from the Lil Greek Gods range (so cute!). I used my Silhouette to cut the Greek column and the lightning bolts and the paper is from my stash of unknown bits!

The Friday Copics/Promarkers challenge at The Outlawz

Hello again!
The challenge this week at The Outlawz is Mardi Gras colours which are green, purple and gold.  These are not colours I've used together that much before but I am pretty pleased with the result.

The digi is from Tickled Pink and she's called Lil Victorian Steampunk - isn't she adorable!
